Yep, I did say breakfast cookies, meaning they are indeed filled with things that you can feel good about putting into your body before noon! I’ve been experimenting with breakfast cookies for ages but they’ve all been a little too healthy for our liking. Haha. I love the looks and sounds of this one – hearty and healthy, while still sounding scrumptious. Must try!
